Terms of Service
Last updated: June 14, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MailProof (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
MailProof lets you paste email HTML, generate previews across simulated email environments, and share a link for client or team sign-off. Previews are visual simulations and not exact reproductions of any email client — see our Disclaimer.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
3. Plans, credits, and billing
- The Free plan includes a limited number of email proofs. Generating a preview consumes one credit; sharing existing proofs is free.
- The Pro plan is billed monthly and offers unlimited proofs and white-label (branding-free) proof pages.
- Payments are processed by DodoPayments. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or harmful content.
- Send spam or violate anti-spam or anti-fraud laws using content prepared with the Service.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Resell or redistribute the Service without permission.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the email content you submit. You grant us a limited license to store and display that content solely to operate the Service (for example, rendering previews and serving your shareable links).
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by MailProof and protected by applicable law. These Terms grant you no rights to our trademarks.
7. Availability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify or discontinue features at any time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MailProof is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on a preview. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts located in the Republic of Korea.
